The Dental Services Customer Support SMS program allows dental office staff who use our credentialing and billing services to communicate with our customer service team by text message at +1 866-455-5580. Messages include service updates, document requests, and replies to questions you send us. This program is conversational and service-related. Messages are not promotional and do not advertise products or services.

You may opt in by checking the SMS consent box on a form at https://thedentalservices.us, or by giving verbal consent to a member of our team by phone. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that you are at least 18 years old.

Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us and the services in progress for your office.

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Reply STOP to +1 866-455-5580. After you send STOP, we will send one final confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, reply START or contact us and we will re-enroll your number.
